Heyo,

I'm updating my bio mostly to occupy myself as I don't really use deviant art anymore.

I may throw WIPS here or scanned work doodles. Regardless, deviantart was one of the first websites I had an account for, almost a decade and a half ago. I figure it's worth revisiting once in a while. I've had fond memories here.

I'm Xandra, some people know me by Valentine, but if you've followed my page for a long time, you probably remember by my old name or just my handle, avirextin. A lot about me has changed (and not just my name and apperance), but you'd be surprised about what's stayed the same. I'm definitely a much better artist than I used to be when I first started. I'm wiser, more open minded, and probably more tired.

I've been using the same monoprice 10"x6.25" graphics tablet since I got it years ago, though my pc has changed multiple times over the years. I've learned digital art on this tablet. I also still use Paint Tool Sai, though I stopped using photoshop for effects and touch ups and will use Clip Studio Paint for that instead.

Most of the art I do is similar to what I was doing years ago, which is fanart, pinups, and character art. It's been hard drawing full work lately because I've been kinda running short on time, which is normal as you get older, I suppose. I still try to find time every now and again. I also do amateur modeling now because I don't think I look half bad anymore. Amateur modeling is absolutely a nice way of saying I sell nudes on a different website that's made for it.
